OVERVIEW

Welcome to Zazazu Boutique. In these Terms, “we”, “us”, and “our” mean Zazazu Boutique, operated by Shoplex Solutions s.r.o. We run this online store and website — including the related information, content, features, tools, products, and services — so you can shop with us (the “Services”). The storefront is powered by Shopify.

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”), together with the policies they reference, set out your rights and obligations when you use the Services. Please read them carefully. They cover important topics such as warranty disclaimers and limits on liability.

By visiting, interacting with, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

SECTION 1 - ACCESS AND ACCOUNT

By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, and that you have consented to any minor dependents using the Services on devices you own, purchase, or manage.

To use the Services — including browsing or placing an order — you may need to provide information such as an email address and billing, payment, and shipping details. You represent that the information you give is accurate, current, and complete, and that you have the right to provide it.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity on your account. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or license your account to anyone else.

SECTION 2 - OUR PRODUCTS

We work to show our products accurately online. Colors and appearance can still look different on your screen depending on your device and settings.

We do not warrant that any product’s appearance or quality will match your expectations or look identical to what you see in the store.

Product descriptions may change without notice. We may discontinue any product at any time and may limit quantities offered to any person, region, or jurisdiction on a case-by-case basis.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order for any reason. An order is accepted only when we confirm acceptance, and only after we have received and processed payment. Review your order before you submit it; we may not be able to cancel once it is accepted. If we do not accept an order, change it, or cancel it, we will try to reach you using the email, billing address, and/or phone number you provided.

Returns and refunds follow our Return & Refund Policy only.

You represent that purchases are for your own personal or household use, not for commercial resale or export.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING

Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice. The price you pay is the price in effect when you place the order and will appear in your order confirmation email. Posted prices are in US dollars (USD) and exclude applicable sales tax unless we expressly state otherwise. Where we collect sales tax, it is calculated at checkout from your shipping address and shown before you pay.

Free US shipping. Tracked shipping within the United States is complimentary. Checkout does not add a shipping or handling line for US destinations. Customs duties, import taxes, and clearance or brokerage charges are not included in the item price or in free shipping. If a customs authority or the carrier assesses them, they are your responsibility as the importer. We do not pay those amounts and do not quote a fixed dollar figure for them. They are never added by us as a checkout fee.

We sell online only. Prices may differ from those of third parties. Occasional promotions may have separate terms; if those conflict with these Terms, the promotion terms control for that promotion.

You agree to keep purchase, payment, and account information current and accurate, including email and card details, so we can complete transactions and contact you.

You represent that (i) the payment details you provide are true and complete, (ii) you are authorized to use that payment method, (iii) your issuer will honor the charges, and (iv) you will pay the posted prices plus any applicable taxes and any other charges shown at checkout (US orders have no shipping line).

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

United States orders ship at no charge. There is no shipping fee at checkout for US addresses.

Parcels leave from Lane 1177, Jianlan Road, Meixu Street, Yinzhou District, 315100 Ningbo, Zhejiang, China, through a fulfillment partner (3PL). We do not operate a store or warehouse in the United States. The Prague address under Contact Information is our registered office only — not a ship-from address and not a returns address.

Typical timing after checkout: preparation 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday), carrier transit 5–10 business days, overall estimate 6–12 business days. These are estimates, not a guaranteed calendar date. We are not liable for shipping delays, and we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once we hand the goods to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.

Free shipping covers the outbound carrier charge to a US address only. It does not cover customs duties, import taxes, or clearance or brokerage fees. If a parcel is refused, left unclaimed, or cannot clear because those amounts go unpaid, you remain responsible for duty, clearance, and any related return or handling costs. We do not refund those amounts. There is no restocking fee.

Returns also go to the Ningbo address above — the same facility used for outbound fulfillment. We will not email a different returns depot. Change of mind: you pay return postage. Defective, damaged, or wrong item: we pay return postage. Full rules are in our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy.

SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Services — including trademarks, brands, text, displays, images, graphics, reviews, video, audio, and their selection and arrangement — are owned by Zazazu Boutique, its affiliates, or licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms allow personal, non-commercial use of the Services only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or perform, republish, download, store, or transmit material from the Services without our prior written consent. Nothing here grants a license under any patent, trademark, copyright, or other right of Zazazu Boutique, Shopify, or any third party except as expressly stated. All rights not granted are reserved.

Zazazu Boutique names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Zazazu Boutique or its affiliates or licensors. Do not use them without prior written permission. Shopify’s marks belong to Shopify. Other marks on the Services belong to their respective owners.

SECTION 7 - OPTIONAL TOOLS

You may get access to optional third-party customer tools that we do not monitor or control. Those tools are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties or endorsement. We have no liability arising from your use of them. Use is at your own risk; review the third party’s terms first.

New features we add later are also part of the Services and are covered by these Terms.

SECTION 8 - THIRD-PARTY LINKS

The Services may include materials or links operated by third parties. We do not review or warrant third-party content. If you leave the Services to visit those sites, you do so at your own risk. We are not liable for harm related to third-party sites or to products or content you obtain there. Complaints about third-party products or services should go to that third party.

SECTION 9 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Shopify powers the storefront, but every sale is between you and Zazazu Boutique (Shoplex Solutions s.r.o. as merchant of record). Shopify is not responsible for sales between you and us, including injury, damage, or loss from purchased products. You release Shopify and its affiliates from claims arising from your purchases with us.

SECTION 10 - PRIVACY POLICY

Personal information collected through the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, Shopify’s privacy terms. By using the Services, you acknowledge you have read those policies.

Because Shopify hosts the Services, Shopify and certain partners (who may be in other countries) process data needed to run and improve the platform. See our Privacy Policy for details.

SECTION 11 - FEEDBACK

If you send ideas, suggestions, reviews, or other content (“Feedback”), you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, sublicensable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, and display that Feedback in any medium for any purpose, including commercial use — for example to operate, improve, and promote the Services.

You represent that you have the rights to the Feedback, that you have disclosed any compensation tied to it, and that it complies with these Terms. We need not keep Feedback confidential, pay for it, or reply. We may remove Feedback we find unlawful or objectionable. You are solely responsible for Feedback you submit.

SECTION 12 - ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS

The Services may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies about descriptions, pricing, promotions, delivery estimates, or availability. We may correct them and may change information or cancel orders if information is inaccurate, including after you submit an order, without prior notice where permitted.

SECTION 13 - PROHIBITED USES

Use the Services only for lawful purposes. You may not use them to break the law; infringe intellectual property; harass others; transmit false or misleading information; spam; impersonate anyone; or otherwise harm Zazazu Boutique, Shopify, or other users.

You also agree not to upload malware; resell or exploit the Services; harvest others’ personal information; scrape the site; or bypass security. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.

SECTION 14 - TERMINATION

We may end this agreement or your access to the Services at any time without notice. You remain liable for amounts owed through the termination date.

Provisions that by their nature should survive — including Intellectual Property, Feedback, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Severability, Waiver; Entire Agreement, Assignment, Governing Law, and Privacy Policy — continue after termination.

SECTION 15 - DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

Information on the Services is for general information. We do not warrant its accuracy or completeness. Reliance is at your own risk.

Except as we expressly state, the Services and products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without express or implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, or non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free use. Some jurisdictions limit warranty disclaimers; those limits may apply to you.

SECTION 16 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Zazazu Boutique, our partners, directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, service providers, and licensors — and Shopify and its affiliates — are not liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind (including lost profits, revenue, savings, or data), whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, arising from your use of the Services or products obtained through them, even if advised of the possibility.

SECTION 17 - INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Zazazu Boutique, Shopify, and our affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from third-party losses, damages, liabilities, or claims (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from (1) your breach of these Terms or incorporated policies, (2) your violation of law or third-party rights, or (3) your use of the Services.

We will notify you of an indemnifiable claim when practicable. Failure to notify promptly does not relieve you unless you are materially prejudiced. We may control the defense at your expense but will not settle a claim that imposes non-monetary obligations on you without your consent (not to be unreasonably withheld). You will cooperate, including by providing relevant documents.

SECTION 18 - SEVERABILITY

If any provision is unlawful, void, or unenforceable, it remains enforceable to the fullest extent permitted, and the rest of these Terms stay in effect.

SECTION 19 - WAIVER; ENTIRE AGREEMENT

Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of that right.

These Terms and the policies or rules we post for the Services are the entire agreement between you and us and replace prior agreements on the same subject. Ambiguities are not construed against the drafting party.

SECTION 20 - ASSIGNMENT

You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent; any attempt is void. We may assign or delegate these Terms without notice to you.

SECTION 21 - GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and any related agreements for the Services are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. You and Zazazu Boutique consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts in Prague, Czech Republic.

United States orders are fulfilled from the Ningbo fulfillment address stated in Section 5 and under Contact Information, through our fulfillment partner. Shoplex Solutions s.r.o. / Zazazu Boutique remains the merchant of record.

SECTION 22 - HEADINGS

Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

SECTION 23 - CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE

The current Terms are always on this page. We may update them by posting changes here. Material changes will be noticed as required by law and take effect on the date stated. Continued use after changes are posted means you accept them.

Shoplex Solutions s.r.o. / Zazazu Boutique is the merchant of record. The Prague address above is the registered office only — not the ship-from address and not the return address.

Returns go to that same Ningbo address. We do not email a different return address. There is no restocking fee. Email support@zazazuboutique.com before you ship a return. Do not send returns to the Prague registered office. Change of mind: customer pays return postage. Defective, damaged, or wrong item: we pay return postage. US returns window: 30 days after delivery (see Return & Refund Policy).

We aim to respond within 24 hours.
