The Prague listing is our registered office only. It is not a warehouse, not where orders ship from, and not where returns are accepted. Do not post returns there. United States orders leave from Lane 1177, Jianlan Road, Meixu Street, Yinzhou District, 315100 Ningbo, Zhejiang, China, through a fulfillment partner. We have no United States store or warehouse. Returns also go to that Ningbo address. We will not email a substitute returns address.

US shipping is free — checkout does not add a shipping charge for United States destinations. Preparation usually takes 1–2 business days, transit 5–10 business days, and the combined estimate is 6–12 business days. Those numbers are estimates, not a fixed calendar promise.

Returns are accepted for 30 days after delivery. Change of mind: the customer pays return postage. Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: we pay return postage. We do not offer exchanges. There is no restocking fee. Once an approved return is received and checked, we refund the item price within 10 business days. Change-of-mind return postage is not refunded.

Customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees sit outside free shipping. If a customs authority or the carrier assesses them, they are the customer’s responsibility; we do not pay them, and they are not a fee we invent at checkout. If a parcel is refused or fails delivery because those amounts are unpaid or clearance fails, we do not refund those charges.
